Rootforge
Privacy Policy
Rootforge Speed Test is a free app that measures your connection using public Cloudflare speed-test endpoints. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
No account
The app does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide a name, email address, or password.
Network use
The app uses the network only to run the speed test. Test traffic is sent to Cloudflare’s public speed-test endpoints so download, upload, and latency can be measured on your device.
Cloudflare operates those endpoints. Technical data such as your IP address may be visible to Cloudflare as part of delivering the test, under Cloudflare’s own practices.
What we do not do
- No advertising SDK
- No selling of analytics or personal information
- No account database and no cloud profile for this app
Data on your device
Any recent results you see stay on your device for the app experience. This policy does not invent or publish specific speed scores.
